Language:  
The official language of the course will be English and Russian. Simultaneous translation will be available.

Registration Details:
Registration forms must be completed on-line or returned to OrgCommittee by fax or e-mail.
Please use one form for each full registrant. The registration will be considered as binding when received by Course OrgCommittee and will be confirmed after receipt of the fees.

The Registration fee includes: the participation in the Course (September 12, 13, 14), all Course documentation, Admission to the “Beauty Medicine” Exhibition, Lunches, Coffee Breaks, Gala Dinner (September 13, 2014), Certificate of Attendance.

Registration Confirmation will be sent via e-mail within 3 working days of receipt. Registration fees are based on date of receipt of payment.

Accommodation:
The organizers have reserved rooms in the hotels nearby at special rates for the VIII Course attendees.
Reservations need to be made before August 20, 2014.
The total amount should be paid within 5 working days after the invoice for payment will be received (in urgent case – within 1 working day).

Travel information:
Ekaterinburg is the third largest Russian city, administrative center of Sverdlovsk oblast and the capital of the Urals.
Sverdlovsk oblast is one of the most developed and advanced regions in Russia. It is very rich in minerals and raw materials, main industry branches are heavy machinery and metallurgy.
Ekaterinburg can be easily found on the geographical map of the vast Euro-Asian Continent: it is in the middle of the Ural mountains, which separate Europe and Asia. Thus, Ekaterinburg lies at the crossroads of 2 continents and it determines its political, economic and cultural peculiarities.

Planning your trip:
By air: Ekaterinburg international airport - "Koltsovo" - works with russian and foreign airlines which fly to different destinations in Russia and world-wide. Fly by one of some major air companies - Aeroflot, Ural Airlines, TransAero, British Airways, Lufthansa, Czech Airlines, Austrian Airlines, Turkish Airlines, Malev and others.

Visa:
In order to enter Russia a valid passport and Russian visa are required.
You may obtain a visa for this purpose from the Consular Section of the Embassy or Consulate near your location.
Please consult your nearest travel agency or find more information on Russian visas at: http://www.visatorussia.com/
We would recommend that you apply for your visa at least three months prior to the event to avoid disappointment.

Weather:
The fact that Ekaterinburg is far away from Atlantics and close to Siberia makes the climate here to be continental. Average January temperature - 15 C. Average July temperature: 17 C.

Currency:
Ruble is the only legal tender on the entire territory of the Russian Federation.
Currency exchange rates: 1US Dollar - 32 Rubles, 1 Euro - 43 Rubles.
Facilities for exchange of currency are available at the airport, large hotels, banks.
Important: you have to present your passport for any currency operation at exchange offices! Credit cards (Visa, EuroCard/MasterCard, Amex) are  widely accepted.

Electricity:
Russian standard is 220 Volts AC, 50 Hz. If bringing a laptop or other electronics from US, bring an RJ-11 adaptor
for the Russian plug, preferably with two RJ-11 sockets.
